產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介：
SMA-100路用木質(zhì)素纖維是以天然木纖維為主要原料，通過(guò)篩選、分裂、高溫處理、漂白、化學(xué)處理、中
和、篩分，再添加一定質(zhì)量的非金屬超細(xì)礦粉進(jìn)行復(fù)合處理而得到的一種路用工程材料。它能很好的與瀝青、
礦粉，少量的細(xì)集料組成瀝青瑪蹄脂結(jié)合料，包裹在粗集料表面，使粗集料具有良好的嵌擠性能。最高拌合溫
度可達(dá)200℃,鋪筑溫度可達(dá)180℃。這種路面具有抗酸、抗堿、抗滑耐磨、抗疲勞、抗高溫車轍、密實(shí)耐久,減
少低溫開(kāi)裂等優(yōu)異性能。
SMA-100路用木質(zhì)素纖維是SMA中首選的纖維穩(wěn)定劑，它可以吸持混合料中的瀝青，使其在拌和、儲(chǔ)存、運(yùn)
輸、攤鋪過(guò)程中保持相對(duì)穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)，防止滴漏現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。廣泛用于瀝青混凝土路面，包括：瀝青瑪蹄脂碎石
混合料（stone Mastic Asphalt,簡(jiǎn)稱SMA）路面、升級(jí)配瀝青路面（OGFC）、高強(qiáng)度瀝青連接層、瀝青混凝土
面層、澆注式瀝青混凝土及特殊工程的瀝青混合料等。

使用方法：
建議使用專用設(shè)備或預(yù)分散處理。將SMA-100與熱集料一起干拌，干拌時(shí)間的確定應(yīng)以纖維能均勻的分散
開(kāi)為原則。
摻加比例：
以瀝青混合料總量的質(zhì)量百分比計(jì)算，摻加量宜為瀝青混合料的0.3％～0.4％，摻加量允許誤差為纖維質(zhì)
量的±５﹪。
包裝儲(chǔ)運(yùn)：
１、本產(chǎn)品為5公斤/袋，貯存有效期為24個(gè)月，超期經(jīng)試配試驗(yàn)后仍可使用。
2、應(yīng)貯存于干燥通風(fēng)處，注意防潮、防雨、防明火。

Product brief introduction:
SMA-100 fiber-shaped road with lignin is made with a natural wood fiber as its main raw material and be used as a way of engineering materials through the process of filter, split, high-temperature treatment, bleaching, chemical processing, neutralization and screening, then add a certain quality of non-metallic ultra-fine powder for composite treatment. It is a fine aggregate component combined with the asphalt, slag, small amount of Asphalt binder. After wrapped in coarse aggregate surface, coarse aggregate will have a good embedded and crowded performance. The maximum mixing temperature will be 200 ℃ and the paving temperature can reach 180 ℃. This road has its outstanding performance such as acid-fast, alkali resist, anti-sliding wear resistance, anti-fatigue, anti-high-temperature rutting, compacting durable, reducing and low-temperature cracking.
SMA-100 fiber-shaped road with lignin are the preferred stabilizing agent in SMA fibers, it has Sorption to asphalt among Mixtures to make sure which has a maintaining relatively stable state in the process of mixing, storage, transport, paving to prevent the trickle down phenomenon.

Usage:
Recommend to use special equipment or pre-dispersion treatment. Make SMA-100 together with hot mix aggregate , Follow the principle to make sure fiber be evenly dispersed.
Mixing ratio:
Asphalt mixture to the quality of the total percentage terms, adding appropriate amount of asphalt mixture for 0.3% ~ 0.4%, adding the volume of allowable error for the fiber quality of ± 5%.
Packaging storage and transportation:
1, The weight of product is 10 kg / bag, the valid storage period is 24 months. Those extended can still be used after tests.
2, Product should be stored in a dry well-ventilated place Attention to moisture, water-resist and anti-fire.
